The strong points - tack-sharp focus, nice color choices with the green fly and the brown background, nice line up to the fly created by metal piece.

Other TS members have covered some of the areas that might make it stronger, but all the "dead" space in the right-hand area is probably the one that would give you the biggest boost if modified.

Bob, excellent job with the lighting here. Your exposure looks spot-on. Maybe I'm going crazy, but the horizon looks skewed slightly to the right? It's the slight tilt on the top tower that is either creating an optical illusion or is indicative of need of minute adjustment. At any rate, not a big deal - your architectural shots are very strong indeed!
