Dinerby AliciaComment: What a perfect setting for b&w - and what a great job you did! I don't think it is cheating to use photos from previous shoots - almost all of mine are. This is lovely Americana / photojournalism. Very well done indeed. |

Day 3: Shots Suckby Blue MoonComment: Leah, I like this shot a lot - I think it captures a ton of emotive and the shadows are very effective. I'm not sure about the "tear" though - it feels a little bit flat for some reason - I actually thought at first there was something on the lens. Nicely done processing here overall. |

Wheelsby RetroesqueComment: What an interesting capture! This is one of those "right place at right time" photos that is also well executed. The crop feels just a touch tight at the edges, but you maybe had stuff you needed to get rid of? Anyway, I really like this a lot! |

4by mia67Comment: This particular butterly lends itself well to B&W, and is nicely captured. Good details. The leaf looks blown out, though, which detracts. Nice bokeh. |

Hiddenby RetroesqueComment: I love how this highlights the magnificent hairdo. The details around the edges are well done. The small area of wainscoting (sp?) in the background adds a sense of depth, which is goood, but it also makes the photo look somewhat skewed, as it isn't straight. |

BananaTreeEmbraceby UrfaKComment: This reminds me for some reason of a children's book illustration - maybe something from "Where the Wild Things Are" or similar. I like all the textures and craziness here. I think it works despite being so busy. |

Day4 - Dandelion In The Windby jonfrommkComment: Very sharp, and great tonal range. This one might be fun to play with some different crops, i.e. just the top right quarter expanded to include the two "strays". |

Day 4: Oh Snap!by RebeccaComment: This is fantastic! The details are so, so sharp here. I thought it was an asparagus spear, but see it is a snapdragon. Anyway, very well done! |
