Shadows & Reflectionsby NikonJebComment: Jeb, did you try this one in quadtone or duotone? I think it would be very interesting to see some color variations on this one. I understand, however, that you may purposely have juiced the colors as a contrast to the emotive of the wheelchair. I certainly agree with Don that this is underrated. |

insectionsby skewsmeComment: Colleen, your recent insect photos are fascinating. I was quite taken with the fly at the end of the straw, and find this most worthy as well. Most artistic. I would have given it a 7 or 8 if voting - sorry I didn't get to this challenge! |

Wagon Wheelby HipychikComment: Excellent duotone conversion here! This looks like it could be an old-time western postcard. |

OH...by colorcarnivalComment: LOVE IT! I think this is really underrated. The legs, probably missed by many during quick voting, really add a sense of mystery. Very nice work indeed. |

Shelter from the Storm - Drovers Shedby BAMartinComment: Although I like the rustic element to this photo very much, I'm not seeing much in the way of shadow here. With just a touch more focus, I think this would have done quite well in the furniture challenge, however. |

Missingby levyj413Comment: I'm surprised this didn't score considerably higher. I think there may be too much negative space between you and Amelia, but then again, it also gives a spacial sense of distance, so I'm torn on that. I do like the grain a lot. The only thing that bothers me here is that the shadow seems more like an aside than the reason for the photo. Nonetheless, I find this an artistic and quite poignant piece. Excellent work. |

Walking Through Wallsby posthumousComment: Most interesting, Don. I really like the OOF nature. Gives the emotive of a blind boy searching. I've been impressed with your work lately. |

Walking out of the Shadowsby jaysonmcComment: Very artistic, Jayson. I like the low-key aspect very much. I do think there is something too happy about her expression and stride to match the pensive mood, however. |

Pandora's Boxby JuliBocComment: Very clever idea, Julianne! I think you pulled off the execution quite well, too. I wish the box were a little more prominent, but also think it's quite well done as is. |
