Effingham County High School Rebels by gagirl_88Comment: DNMC as this isn't really a studio shot. While it doesn't mean that you have to have a studio per se, the shot should at least be indoors with controlled lighting.

Portraitby mandaxpandaComment: Not a bad attempt. I'd like to see a less prevalent background. Moving the model away from the background and throwing a little less light on it might help. It also looks like you used a fairly small aperture. A larger aperture would blue the background even more. |

Great expression and nice catch lights. Ideally I'd like to see a hair light so he is better separated from the background. Then again that might be a little nitpicky. |
