Divideby SachlichkeitComment: Great sky and nice subtle shadows on the trees. Good sharpness throughout. Colors are well saturated without being overdone. |

White Duckby pdxstocktonsComment: Very nice animal portrait. I'd be nice if this was shot from a lower angle though that may not have been possible. |

Fly-byby CorySmithComment: Interesting approach to panning that I don't think I've ever considered. Nicely composed. I'd like to see a bit more space behind the car but that's minor. I'd consider cropping out the sky as its blown out and is somewhat distracting. |

A shadowing historyby MephistoComment: Interesting shot with a subtle story to it. Great example of photojournalism. I enjoy the black and white but I wonder what the color version looks like. (For comparison sake only) |

Lonely Pierby jerseyjimComment: Interesting shot. There is something unusual about the rocks that I find somewhat strange. They almost look out of place for some reason. In any event, this image does intrigue me. |

Roarby AlainComment: Great capture. I like the intensity of the eyes. It does however look like you focused on the nose though. Fortunately there is enough DOF to capture the eyes well. Exposure is well handled and the white in the fur isn't "too" white while the blacks have a nice range of greys down to pure black. |

Dueling Goldfinchsby rodfulkComment: Interesting scene captured here. The shot is quite soft and there is no separation between the birds making them appear to be one jumbled mass. |

Wood Turnerby DistantColoursComment: Nice detail in this shot and I like the feeling of motion converyed in the wood. Lighting is handled well and exposure is great. Composition is solid and draws your eyes to the wood which I think is the major element in this shot. |

Castawayby mpetersComment: Great capture. I like the detail in the rocks and the driftwood. The colors are nicely saturated without going overboard. The image is a bit dark on the right hand side and I am wondering if this is due to some vignetting. (intentional or not I can't tell) |

The Horse by darynComment: Interesting panning shot that is effective for this subject. I'd consider cropping more off the top to make the image less square which would add more movement to the horse. |
