messy yes. Blurry? Not really I do however like the lines and colors. Were this in any other challenge I would vote it 7. However I will not do an injustice by giving it a low score. As such I will abstain from voting.

Blur, Mess, Calm and Chaos

This was exactly the type of shot I was afraid of. Technically its great. It DOES have blur and chaos. In my opinion it does not meet the challenge. What I am looking for is more of the abstract blurriness where the whole scene is a blur yet it has a pleasing look to it. This shot deserves a good mark yet as it does not meet the challenge (again in my opinion) I can't consider it for one. As such I will abstain from voting on this image and merely say that I really do like this shot.

Had the object in the foreground been out of the scene this would have been perfect for this challenge. with it however I feel it does not meet the challenge as the entire scene is not blurry. Sorry.
