Nice selection of fonts, and the bird detail is beautiful. I'd clone out the halo around the bill and legs. I don't think this needs the "flying with me ..." text, and the outer glow (or whatever it is) on the 'Gulf of Mexico' is a little too much. If the shadows were down onto the water and not in the sky, I think it would be more appealing.

Beautiful shot of the lake and trees. If we were allowed to do it, I'd put in a nice sky, then I think this shot would sell. Rules as they are, you might consider using the negative space for the text instead of the lake.
