Division-C.jpgby DrAchooComment: Thanks, I was hoping we would get some sort of permanent token of recognition. |

Prefigurement of Lossby posthumousComment: I like the simplicity of this. It's interesting that you removed the detail and texture from the woman, while maintaining it in the sofa and rug. |

Bamboo lemurby purpleflutterby13Comment: This guy is adorable. I love his little hands. You did a good job on this, considering the light was working against you. |

Night Gameby levyj413Comment: Great idea putting that sparkly sky with the sparkly stadium. You are definitely the master of night photography! Beautiful detail and colors in the stadium. This can't be the same game where you captured that throw to first base. Or maybe you were moving around in the stands for the different shots. |

soaking it upby krnodilComment: It's wonderful for you to have achieved exactly what you set out to do. Congratulations on a well composed shot. I think his somber expression is a hoot. I really enjoy looking at this little creature. The focus and DOF are great. |

Point of Archesby jaysonmcComment: Interesting idea having all that muck in the foreground. I probably would have moved forward more to avoid the muck, and then would have only had an ordinary pretty picture. What a good eye you have. The B&W is very nice. |

The Dynamic Duoby noranekoComment: Nice going, Catherine -- good enough for a ribbon in some challenges. I like knowing that you set this up yourself, rather than just discovering it. You made those little models pay for the parsley. I curious how you accomplished the nice background bokeh with the long DOF. BTW, I like the variation in color between the two caterpillars. |

Morning conversationsby MelethiaComment: Congratulations, Deb. A 7 in FS is awesome. Actually, a 7 in any challenge is awesome. This is so beautiful. I notice that the far shore is rather industrial looking, but that is barely discernible the way you have processed this shot. It's great to see there is still beauty in Iraq. I hope someday soon, the people of Iraq will be secure enough to again enjoy these sights you have been showing us. |
