The Lady of the Houseby MelethiaComment: Lovely detail in the fur, I can feel it without touching. An the eyes are beautifully clear.
eta: I was so intent on the photo, that I missed that impressive score. Nice! Message edited by author 2008-03-03 00:51:11. |

Regalby NikonJebComment: Good going. Beautiful shot. And not easy to get the detail and still keep the fur a lovely white. Nice the way the background emphasizes the color of the eye. |

Emergentby Bear_MusicComment: Love the effect. Seems perfect for the subject. Looks almost like a wood block print. |

Fat Chanceby maxaz1Comment: I love the way you filled the frame with the close-up. A real portrait. He looks rather disdainful of your project. And I like the little bit of green framing his face on the right. I'm surprised at the score. I don't understand the ten 3s. I accept the few troll votes, but the 3s are uncalled for. |

Outside Inby noranekoComment: Wonderful creation. How amazing and encouraging that the voters appreciated it as it deserved. Congratulations on the top ten placement and the five, so far, favorites. |

Dudley Do-Rights Ripsaw FAllsby emaynerComment: Over exposed -- the highlights are blown out and there is a general washed out look to the colors. Much of this could be improved with a few photoshop adjustments, although once the highlights are blown, the detail can't be recovered. It's best to under expose in the initial shot. I like the scene, the sky, and the composition. |
