I love the way you filled the frame with the close-up. A real portrait. He looks rather disdainful of your project. And I like the little bit of green framing his face on the right. I'm surprised at the score. I don't understand the ten 3s. I accept the few troll votes, but the 3s are uncalled for.

Over exposed -- the highlights are blown out and there is a general washed out look to the colors. Much of this could be improved with a few photoshop adjustments, although once the highlights are blown, the detail can't be recovered. It's best to under expose in the initial shot. I like the scene, the sky, and the composition.
