On the lookoutby Delta_6Comment: Very majestic. I really like the tree too. All together, the Osprey, the tree, and the blue sky make a wonderful image.
P.S. I hope it's not swine flu, and I hope you feel better soon. |

20080830_0479.jpgby TLL061Comment: This guy looks like he just missed a fish and is looking up to see if anyone spotted his failure. He's not happy to see that you caught a picture of it. :) |

Butterflyby ladpupmoeComment: Oh, this is fabulous. One of the best butterfly photos I've seen. The color, light, focus, and DOF are excellent, and the clarity of detail is so good I can even see the scales on the wings. |

Bleak Novemberby Bear_MusicComment: I was looking through the first HDR challenge, and came across this beauty. You are still the master. I think this was the best in the challenge. I found it quite interesting to read how you had taken the proper sky exposure and applied it manually. Thanks for sharing your steps. |

duckvisit.jpgby J-MeComment: Great shot. Looks like she was posing for you. I like the way the blue on the wing is peaking through. Very nice detail. |

Iguanaby TammsterComment: Great pose and crop -- very strong. It seems a bit dark on my monitor. I wonder if you could put a little more light on his face, perhaps with filter>render>lighting effects>omni light? Or a white soft light brush with very low opacity. |

Oh Deerby MelonMusketeerComment: This is a nice shot. I'm glad you included this reference in your aerial shot comments. I've never seen Axis deer, and never seen a herd of deer. The ones I see in MI and NY are white-tailed deer and are quite solitary. Also with the white-tailed deer the fawn has spots but not the adults. |
