Nice strong colors, although it looks as if the bird may be over-saturated. Some of the detail is lost, possibly because of the saturation. I really like the wing blur.

So cute. Nice capture. The bird and snow around its feet seems over-sharpened. The bird looks like glass, and there seem to be a lot of jpeg artifacts in the snow. I like the colors and composition.

Nice capture and nice detail in the bird. I think some color adjustment would improve the image, since there seems to be just a bit of a yellow overcast.

The focus seems a bit soft. I like the silky water, but wish there was more light and sharper detail on the bird.

I don't think you would lose anything by cropping the distracting foreground blur. I think I'd go for more of a square and crop some of the sky too. Great capture and very nice detail.
