Very nice concept and composition. I wish the child stood out from the background just a little bit more. She's so 'lost' I almost missed her. My eye went right to the yellow balloon, but then searched around and around the rest of the image trying to distinguish what I was seeing. The contrast may be a little too extreme.

I really like the composition and light. I know you're using a shallow DOF, but something about the focus seems a teenie bit off. My eyes struggle with it. (And I'm using my best glasses). :/

After spending more time with it, I do find the focal sweet spot, which is very sharp, so I think a little more DOF would have been better for this subject.

This is my second favorite. I like the angle you shot from. They don't look very comfortable or natural in their pose.
