maybe a little different perspective. have the camera behind the child, shoot over the child's shoulder and have the balloon take off from the child's hand. just a thought :P

Nice texture and contrast here. I would have liked this a little more if the child and balloon had been bigger, and you would have still gotten that lost feeling.

Very nice concept and composition. I wish the child stood out from the background just a little bit more. She's so 'lost' I almost missed her. My eye went right to the yellow balloon, but then searched around and around the rest of the image trying to distinguish what I was seeing. The contrast may be a little too extreme.

Nearly skipped past this with a low score until I saw that there was a little girl there which changed my view of the image completely. Sadly, I fear you may have a much lower score because of this.

I seriously just rated this image without seeing the person. Then as the image was switching I did a double take and had to come back!
Probably not surprisingly to you, having a little person in there changes the photo :-P
And so will your score.

It's a fantastic concept, but the blown out yellow is a real pity. The lack of detail makes it look as if a hole had been cut out.
