Gorgeous colours. Was this taken through a window? So lovely are those waves, that I almost wish I could see more of them - the landscape format would have been so much more powerful I think - but perhaps you were limited by the porthole? I love the sun on the beach sand and rocks.

Really intriguing image. Itis very dark and a major section of the image is in total blackness, leaving very little of the page with any image. But it is interesting and it pulls the eye towards the sun as a central point. Beautiful colours.

A beautiful scene - I just find that the shadows or blacks are very heavy in this. that cloud formation is stunning, but the horizon line and the beach itself is black...almost disturbing: great idea for the "nightmare" challenge though :-) - nah just being facetious. But looking even at the shadows in the little wave ripples, - they're very dark. Maybe the contrast was pushed up too high?
