Pretty, especially the reflections and the bird's shadow. Silhouettes are not commonly what I think of as portrait-like so this is probably not going to be my favorite shot in this challenge, but it is a nice image.

Nice and sharp for a perfect angel pose. For some reason the background keeps grabbing my eye ... maybe the brightness of the horizon ... might be able to use a gradient filter to tone that down.

Like the composition and eye contact. Maybe a bit darker on the face and body than I'd like but looks like the top of his head was in bright sun which makes the exposure tough.

Mallards are common but I still think they're pretty with those iridescent heads. This one is showing up a little too dark on my screen to see facial detail; I'd dodge or otherwise lighten that up to better show him off.
