Remnants of Fallby glad2badadComment: Pretty. These are really nice in a forest where all the other trees are bare. I have a personal preference for a more diagonal composition but I like the DOF. |

Space Oddityby FredsterComment: Reminds me of the old 8" floppy diskettes I used in the very old days of computers, but with more texture and pinned down by ... I have no idea what ;-) Kind of intriguing, really. |

Cheetahby sfmorrisComment: Beautiful light and detail and nothing to detract from the subject. Nice sort of diagonal going from teh head to the tail. I will admit to a bias towards animal shots so I'm predisposed to like this ;-) |

self portait foiledby kellmak10Comment: Great idea! Adds a whole 'nother dimension to a self portrait, with ambiguous details that spark my imagination. A little yellow, maybe, so perhaps would benefit from a white balance correction, unless that particular color is meant to make a statement which eludes me. I do think it has more impact in color than it would in B&W. Not that subtlety is a bad thing in a piece of art. |

Coming Back To Lifeby gyabanComment: This one resonates with me simply because I have a fair number of little mosses growing in my yard, and it never fails to amaze me when I water a dry one and watch the seed heads visibly unfurl. It's just cool! Amazing little organisms. |

Mothers Touchby karenkComment: Very nice detail, but more importantly, very emotive for me. I really like that in an image. |

Dream as if you'll live forever, live as if you'll die todayby NuzzerComment: I like the light to dark progression and the shallow DOF. Rather dreamy effect, but the one focussed leaf looks blackened and dying. So maybe not a good dream. But not hopeless, since the flower on the left looks younger, like it still has a full bloom to look forward to, and to share with us. |

di macchinaby yankoComment: I have no idea what I'm looking at, except that there's liquid involved. Not knowing can be fun; I'm enjoying exploring the image. |
