I was there! Lots of entertaining signs there. This is not the most clever one I've seen but the smile looks genuinely happy and the hair is ... colorful ;-) This being Advanced editing I might have burnt/cloned to get rid of the blur on her jacket (I'm guessing it's someone's OOF head but it's too amorphous to add "crowd" context to the shot).
