I don't happen to get all emotional about cars (which may explain why I'm happy driving a minivan), but I know other people do, and this is the kind they fall in love with. Would have liked it a wee bit better if you could have stood a little to the right so the stuff on the right in the back could be cropped out, but don't know if that was possible.

Awww; I have a picture like that of my daughter's hand. A little twist to get the ring centered on the visible part of the finger and light bouncing right off the gems would make this stronger IMO, but I like the idea.

Mom looks quite proud and happy. The softness is a nice effect for this kind of shot, but there is a halo/shadow sort of thing going on all along the edge of the subjects that is a little odd to me. I also think the composition would be a little cleaner if the baby's arm were not on top of the mother's on the right; I had to look closely before I was sure what the lump there was and it takes away a little from the powerful image of a mother's encircling arms.

Quite emotive posing, and nicely composed as a picture. I might have cloned out the brown stem at the upper right, although that might have left too much negative space there. It almost looks like it's peeking in on the scene and it's just curious, not sympathetic or grieving. Or I'm reading too much into a stem ;-)
