Head pose is cute and background is non-distracting. Pupils have a yellow cast which is disturbing; you could darken them to black (since this was advanced editing) and it would improve the shot enormously.

Nice pose and crop. Lighting is mostly good; it looks like you blew out a good chunk of the white on the left side of the dog's chest but that might be on purpose. I would darken the pupils (they have a bluish cast) and maybe color the background stuff to be the same color as the floor (or clone it out or something) so it doesn't draw the eye away from the dog.
