B&W looks like a good choice for this with various fabrics in view, and focus is great. The thing that really grabs my attention here, though, is the painting on the wall. I'd take it down for a portrait session. Also, a straight-on perspective isn't usually flattering to the subjects, IMO. The one who looks the most interesting is the littlest girl whose shoulder is slightly angled to the camera.

I think the positioning of the tree in the frame looks good, but I can't quite tell about the lighting on the icy branches, which I would love to see. I would suggest cloning out the fire hydrant(?) on the lower right as it is distracting.
