On a Sunday Eveningby sarrobiComment: That's a nice image. A family stroll to the waterfront. Definitely a peaceful moment in the midst of a presumably busy city. |

Make Peace With Each Other by JudiComment: This is just too darn adorable!! A stretch for the challenge, possibly, but I'll buy it. Nice composition with that green leaf diagonal leading to the little frog, and the leaves arching over them. |

Silently Floatingby cloudsmeComment: I like the soothing deep blue of this, marred only by the little bits of purple on the jellyfish body. saturation issue? Or maybe an incomplete hue shift? Anyway, this is largely a peaceful image. Would like a tiny bit of headroom for the jeallyfish at the top if you could have managed it. |

untitledby Rachel53Comment: Interesting choice to focus on the paint, which IMO looks almost angry with the bright primary colors furiously overlapping one another every which way. The OOF peace symbol made by the hand doesn't manage to overcome that feeling for me despite being a large part of the foreground. |

peas.by kmtregoeComment: I don't know, she looks more worried than peaceful to me with the wrinkle in her brow and the tense steeple made by her hands, and the lighting makes it look almost like she has a black eye. This image does look to me like it has a story behind it, but not a peaceful one. |

Where I Find Peaceby madrushComment: When I first looked at this in the challenge context without the title I thought first of words associated with trumpets, like "blare." I think with a slightly different angle, shallower DOF, and more light and focus on the face, my perception would change and I would immediately see what the title tells me. IMO. |

U-Turnby alohacarrotComment: Cool shot! Not quite sure how it relates to peace except that dolphins are more or less peaceful creatures, assuming you are not a small, tasty fish. |

A Welcoming Chair: A gesture of peace and friendshipby ginnylejeuneComment: Nice catch of two very different-looking people, although their body language says one is clearly more relaxed than the other. I can't decide if the empty chair feels inviting or not ... it's very close to the tenser guy ... guess I feel like I'd need to ask permission before sitting down. |
