Taraby FocusPointComment: You predicted accurately and your one cat beat my three bunnies. I will have a serious talk with them about their modelling skills, but they conceded gracefully so at least they are not sore losers. Congrats on beating us ;-) |

Jeepers Creepers!by Pug-HComment: Now I'm humming, and it's making me feel old that I know that song!! Very cute peepers, indeed. Nice position in the composition and the eyes certainly grab my attention. Would prefer a little less OOF greenery in front of the fish but that's asking a lot since I doubt you could get the fish to pose and stay ... though there is someone out there selling a training kit for goldfish (I am NOT making this up!). |

Off Season by JMSComment: Unusual perspective; took me a minute to figure out what I was seeing. The tracks make a nice sort of frame. |

Boomerby kleskiComment: Looks like a pensive fellow. A couple of suggestions: clean the dog's eyes before taking the picture or clone out the goobers in post-processing, and maybe don't push the contrast so far (don't know if that was in the exposure or processing), and make sure the eyes are in sharp focus for a portrait (most viewers will expect that). Not a big fan of the noise; it just doesn't appeal to me. |

OH NO!! Here she comes with that camera and girly scarf again!by classycamComment: The scarf is a cute idea, but the green pupils are tough to look at. If you did that on purpose I'm not sure it's the most flattering look for the dog; if you didn't do it on purpose I recommend bouncing your flash or diffusing it, and if you still get green pupils desaturate them to a greyer color and then burn them to look realistic. |

Houndsby txajaxComment: Cute dogs, but I'm not sure the harsh light, angle, and DOF are showing them off to best effect. |

Kissssssssby cirraschComment: Nice balance to the composition, though the snake is just a small part of it. If you caught him/her with tongue sticking out that would have bumped this into a whole 'nother level of wonderfulness, but it's pretty good as is. |

Was that a rabbit?!by bspurgeonComment: I like the head turn implied by the ears, and the wagon makes a nice background without being distracting. Tones are nice; I would dodge the catchlights a bit more for emphasis. |

Ginoby RetroesqueComment: Adorable little face. Much busyness in the background (I think Gino was warming someone's lap); B&W helps mitigate that. |

Baileyby suemackComment: Very nice smile on Bailey. I think I'd crop this even tighter; Bailey's neither centered nor on ROT. |
