The Shroudby hannekeComment: Oh, man, I just went and read that story and it's heartbreaking :-( The lack of eye makeup works well here to suggest someone who's cried it all off, and now the eyes are dry, but still sad. Don't know about the flowers but overall an emotive image which suits the story. |

She's Come Undoneby HipychikComment: Awesome perspective! I like it more the longer I look at it, with the great patterns in the roots up on the surface and the beginnings of the annual leaf fall. The angle makes it look like the tree is holding on for dear life. |
