Very solid bench and very cooperative model. There is a lot here and I would prefer some differentiation with lighting and/or DOF to give it some depth.

First Ice on the Pond

Looks like a pretty place to sit, but I wouldn't want to see so much of the houses past the pond. A shallower DOF would bring more emphasis to the bench, tree and water, which would work better IMO. Also the horizon looks slightly tilted; if that's not intentional you might want to do a slight rotation to straighten the image.
