Things I like: this is a very sweet candid, the colors are lovely and the composition is nice.
Things I don't like: it looks oversharpened to me, and the shadows are very dark, indeed.
This might be one of those cases where shooting in RAW (followed by making two "exposures", then blending them in PS) would come in handy to give a little more detail in the dark areas without blowing the highlights.
