Coucher de Soleil au Morne Brabantby doctornickComment: Lovely scene and lighting. Having branches in the foreground is terrific, but I find that the foreground in this photo is messy because there are too many different shapes/textures competing against each other and against the background. |

Winter Sceneby peeceeComment: I find the few green leaves right up the top rather distracting. The rest is lovely! |

Lady1by JayWalkComment: I was about to comment on the story telling aspect of this photo, then I saw gsal's comment....... see - that photo really DOES speak to us!
I like its firm grip on reality, it is honest and gritty.
Even the rather dull lighting fits the situtation. Good one! |

3D Natureby labudsComment: This is nice, you did a great job! Darkness and artificial lighting is so effective for this, I bet it wouldn't look half as good in daylight.
I am enjoying going cross-eyed at it a lot!!!
Thanks for sharing. |

Bored of Education by scalvertComment: It took me a moment to get over the surprise of the eyes, then I \"got it\". Very clever, nice setup and cute model, too. 9 |

Autumnby ShaneBlakeComment: This is lovely - the only thing I don't really like is that border is black. I think a more natural looking color (perhaps dark brown?) would complement this better. |

aaronbathtripsmall.jpgby trobergeComment: Lovely job!
I have just one little issue here.... I'd like to see the two outer photos swap places. As it is, his posture/gaze is leading me OUT of the triptych, rather than keeping me in.
I don't know if it would in fact be better the other way, but I'd be curious about how (if at all) it would affect the "feel" of the collection. |

Striped Glassby KarenNfldComment: My impression is that the light is coming from a sunny window (with closed blinds), so it doesn't count as "single, artificial light source", but I like the angles here, and the variety of stripes and curves. |

They Call Me Rayby toddheadComment: Well executed. The hands help me "navigate" (for want of a better word) in that darkness. Good expression and solidly black background, too. |
