There is a rule of thumb about the horizon in this case applicable to the waters edge. It should not be in the middle but rather mostly water or mostly trees. the middle of the frame is kind of empty. I find myself looking hard at the small bush before I consider the more interesting large trees that are perhaps too far off to either left or right. Maybe just one tree and more refelction.

very expressive fun photo. What could make it better? Slightly off center is odd, but that creates a certain tension/distraction. Minor comment, shade of green could be prettier. Slight angle of the pipe, maybe a bigger angle for the while picture would add to the fun.
