'Nuff Saidby alanfreedComment: 5.45 so far...you?
Pedro
ps I like your perspective as well; the road in the distance gives it nice depth. |

human landscape.jpgby grigrigirlComment: I'm with Helene. A border needs to either add to the picture, or be silent. this one draws me out to the edges, when clearly the nicer part in the middle. I'm not convinced it's undersexposed, but it is dark; the only difference being that you can fix dark, you can't fix underexposed :) all the details are there, even in the shadows. I think the blur comes from the compression, but I could be wrong.
Compositionally, I really like it; the crop works, particularly where you cropped on the left. It makes for one beautiful flowing line across the screen, disturbed only by the border (sorry). Using top lighting was a great choice to bring in some more topography (in ref to your title :) )
Is this you? |

blue bikiniby shutterflyComment: if the challenge were 'almost nude' or 'bikini' or just about anything other than 'nude' I'd have given this a 7 (for creativity, colour/desturation, lighting, composition etc). At least it's not just a picture of a toe. :) |

Naked from Birthby arnitComment: It's a nicely lit, nicely composed, well focused picture of a cat. in a fur coat, as it were. Composition/technicals are nice. would have received an 8 from me if this were a cat challenge. |

Emma G. Nationby autoolComment: points for the title, but I'm struggling with the rest. I understand the subtlety, it's just not working for me. |

The Upstairs Maidby jodiecostonComment: lighting is good, use of space is good, crop is good, subject (while attractive) leaves something to be desired. it's a little unnatural I guess ("hmm. there's a maid. and there's her boob".) They're good boobs, don't get me wrong, but I think you could have done more with it. Great technical shot though. |

Nipple Noiseby ArtessaComment: i doubt you'll get a lot of high marks on this, since the effect is very non-photographic. I do this kind of thing to photos a lot, but I don't consider them photos after that :) Aside from the edits, i like the composition - breaks a way from the fairly predictable profile shot (4 or 5 in this challenge alone). can't tell you what i think about the lighting, since the edit removes it's effect. |

Aquariusby NatashaComment: done with a projector, or post shot edit? interesting effect anyway...contemplated one like this myself. good effort. |

Fruit Bathby photogooComment: I assume that's a post-processing edit filter (shrink wrap?), but it doesn't add to the image to me. I like the setup (maybe without the banana) and the colour is good too. I should make a melon joke here, but I won't. I'm above that. :) |

Sally.......by undieyatchComment: too much light breaks through yonder window. the exposure is too ht over there, and distracts from what is some outstanding hair. A diffused fill-flash would work (even through a piece of paper) I'd have liked to see this one cropped a little lower, to catch a little low-back and the ends of her hair. |
