Taken from the Ferry to Alcatraz, right? I have a shot almost identical to this, although my colors aren't as nice. Not a huge fan of the border, and I might shift the crop so the vertical support os a bit further left...otherwise...very nice!

Very very nice. Love the light source (although it looks surreal enough to be added after the fact), and the 'Wheat Frame' of the cow. This would have done very well in 'Negative Space' challenge as well. Great job.

Beautiful picture. Remarkable clarity. the lighting on a whle bird is difficult in sunlight too, and you're done a very nice job with that. However, with the sharpness of this picture, you could easily have increased it's size by more than 50%. Your long side is 400pixels, and you're allowed up to 640. High vote from me...higher if you'd made it bigger.
