Misty Morning Maestroby duncesComment: Wow, didn't see this one till now. This is awesome. Going in my favorites. 10
I really like your crop and choice of leaving the misty empytness in the foreground, it's a gutsy move on this site and shows you have your own vision. I would be interested in seeing more photos from this shoot. |

Sea Gull on a Sunny Dockby bobdaveantComment: My favorite image in the challenge. I hope this does well. It certainly is less "wild" than other shots in the challenge but I admire the fact that it shows an animal in it's true environment rather than the zoo. It is the relationship between the rigid urban structures and the vigilant gull that makes this shot what it is. Of course, the composition and lighitng are excellent. 10 |

Unexpected encounterby bormicComment: It's great to see 1. an shot actually taken in the wild and not a zoo, and 2. a shot that shows more background scenery. I'm not sure how well it will do in the challenge since the wildlife is supposed to be the clear subject and yours is more the entire scene, but I say it's a great shot. 9 |

Mountain Lion by moodvilleComment: The crop isn't working for me on this one. The fur on the bottom right doesn't add anything to the shot and the paw is cut off. I think I would like this as a square with only the head, portrait with the full paw, or horizontal with the entire body. Other than that it is one of my favorites in the challenge. 9 |
