Awesome capture. Like this one a lot. I like that the skis make an x, it really adds to it being the focal point. the image seems a little flat but it works well here given the conditions.

Nice DOF here, gives the feeling that it was found as a surprise and gives a feeling of the environment it is in. Some people might tell you that the photo is too dark. I like dark and think you did an excellent job with the exposure and processing.

Interesting choice of shutterspeed on this image. Usually, one would see a faster shutter speed to freeze the motion or a longer one to give it more fluidity. You have used the rare middle. I don't think it was a bad choice; it's a nice mixture of the two worlds. Nice work lining up the falling drops with the tree so that they would be visible.
