I like it......it's a different effect. It's kinda washed as compared to most infrared, but it's ssofter and pleasing because of that. It stands just fine on its own, IMNSHO......8>)

I think it's ever so slightly out of focus. Perhaps some aggressive sharpening and contrast would give this an even edgier look. Can you crop it larger to give it more perspective to its position? It looks like it might be going sideways.....that's VERY cool if you can convey that with background. Nice image, nonetheless, and a great capture of the fuel-laden backfire!
