Nice capture! It would probably help if the photo was a tiny bit bigger - I almost always go right to the limit with the size on my photos, since the voters don't seem to really like the smaller shots. Also the color looks a little off - her hair is all black, with a little bit of almost green. (which I'm guessing is not it's real color! :) ) So... I wonder if there's anyway to fix that? It would be cool to experiment around in photoshop and give it a try. But a neat shot! Hope your camera didn't get too wet! :)

I love the way the hair is splayed out in waves like that, and the expression on the person's face is perfect! But, well, here's my two cents. :)
It looks kind of out of focus, first of all. If you can get the focus on, then that will majorly help! Secondly, the colors are too far off. It looks like you probably did this on purpose, and it creates an intersting effect, but it's just a little bit too unnatural-looking, at least for me! ;) Also the lighting. Or maybe the contrast is just too high - but her face is very blown out and way too bright. I think this would be an awesome, beautiful shot if it weren't for that! Good try though. :)

This is a beautiful idea - I absolutley LOVE the colors! However, it looks either like it's way out of focus... or possibly it was a large picture that you had to crop very very tiny to get this. The quality isn't very good here... the details have been lost. You can see that especially in the shadows, there are little splotches of off-colors. The only thing I can suggest is next time getting very close to the subject, and keep the ISO low so that you can capture all those beautiful detials! Good try though - this is an awesome idea!
