The Sea through Rock Cave Peep Holeby BlackLightComment: Interesting job of framing the sea with the peep hole. Although it is probably one of the more unique images here, I hope the voters don't ding you because it lacks the wow factor. I know it would be tough to go, but some texture on the rocks inside the cave could really help this. 6 |

Flight of the Ibisby LN13Comment: I like what you were going for here, but I don't like the pylon in the lower left. Overall I wish it were a little brighter as well. 5 |

The Lonely Seaby BrianRComment: Wow, look at the texture in those clouds. Isn't it amazing how some cloud formations can have such unique textures to them? This photo really looks nice, good use of the thirds to capitalize on the sea, and excellent colors. Well done. 7 |

Cochleaby marvinComment: I really like this composition of this photo, but I don't like the lighting in the lower left hand of the picture. It also looks like the shell is out of focus and I think that is what you were trying to capture by your title. 5 |

Path to the Sunsetby nikolaosComment: When I look at this photo I think this is a technically correct photo. You have the rule of thirds where your horizon is in the lower third. You have a strong lead in with the sillhouetted rocks. You have a great exposure that brings out the rays of the sun, the patterns and details in the clouds and the nice colors to go with it all. Overall this is just a great photo and one that I am sure you are ready to print and hang on the wall. Nicely captured and well done! 8 |

Walking On The Seaby inutzaComment: I have a photo that is similar to this in some aspects and it always drives me nutts when people pick it as their favorite of mine. Yours looks like it is the sun rather than the moon and that the exposure is very dark because of that. I may be wrong, but the slight cloud formation leads to me to see it this way. What I am not seeing on this picture is a good anchor point. My eyes are bouncing from the light in the sky to the bright light on the water and with that I feel as though my retinas are burning. Overall I can't say that I am overly impressed or wowed by the photo so I am leaving it with a 5. |

Anchoredby NorthStarComment: This is the first image I am voting on in this challenge and I have to say that I really like it. the feel of it is just great. I like the houses up on the hill behind the boats and the way it is all tied together. If I had to nitpick I would say that I wish the lower portion of the photo were a bit brighter. But it is still an awesome photo and I give it a 7. |
