I don't know what you need more here. An orthodontist, whitening toothpaste, an imagination, or a camera and lens that focuses better. The lip is in focus and the hand you are biting is not. I don't like that. the lighting and noise is horrible. And for god's sake, this is expert editing and this is the best you can come up with? I am sorry but I am not impressed nor is my vote.

I like the idea, but I dont' like the lighting. Between the clipped highlights and shadows I think you are losing out on the essential parts of the photograph.
