P &S Day 7 - Churchby JuliBocComment: Very smooth, clear & bright. The Church would like it, I think. The tan walls look nice against the blue sky. I like the PP. |

P&S Day 6 - Crocksby JuliBocComment: Nice & colorful. If you don't have a pair of Crocs, I sure do recommend them. They're comfortable & indestructible & cheap. "D |

Bearded Dragon Profile P&S #5by robinssongComment: The spike look really sharp (hehe) & the iguana is posing for you very nicely. For fun, it would be interesting to try sharpening by adjusting contrast only, maybe make the white tips of the spikes pop a bit more. Keep on clickin'! |

P&S Day 4 - Flamingo Portraitby JuliBocComment: The Sports mode worked very well! I see a sharp, bright subject against a very complilmentary BG. The odd yellow eye is compelling. I learn a lot from your notes & also from your comments on other shots. |

Day 4: White Flowersby bobonacusComment: Wow--your first shot at flowers. You will be hooked on the intimate, expressive relationship between flower petals & sunlight--just look at how beautifully you captured it in this shot! I see clean, clear whites & a nice blue in the sky, too. IMO I have to bring the shot to the camera when I'm using a DSLR. With a P&S I feel like I'm bringing the camera to the shot, allowing for a quicker, more spontaneous reaction to what I see around me. It's good to have a variety. |

wire.jpgby sulamkComment: It does make a face, which is fun (but it's razor wire. For me, the noise turns the sky into a wall, very close behind the wire. And the moon becomes an eye. Are we inside or outsize--that's the question a wall inspires. Inside or outside of what--that's the question the wire inspires. Interesting, thought-provoking shot. |

some sheepby tnunComment: I like the way you cropped it (or framed it, if this isn't cropped), it leads my eye on a Z. My eye starts w/the rich tones of the board fenced, the more suspicious face of the taller sheep is in a great spot to anchor the shot, but the more comical face of the 2nd (younger) sheep keeps my eye moving. I like the soft, misty light. |
