Very well done. Even the spots on the sidewalk are in harmony with the subject. I got curious about what is hanging off this man's shoulder....NOT a man-purse or a bag for his iPad, it looks like a camera bag. How strange! He doesn't look like a photog. He looks like a picture definition for the word insouciance.

4 - Arriving Late

Your BW would make any film photog proud. I am enjoying your series very much. I like the reflections in this one, & the feeling of inevitability as they all funnel thru the doors into the bldg. Maybe it's a girl thing, but I enjoy pondering what might be in that heavy-looking bag he's carrying & what he is listening to. We each decide what it is we have to carry around with us all day long, his seems to be a heavy load.

You captured that nice rich color (how do you get the sky to stay so nicely blue for you?) you spoke of, a bldg lovingly maintained. You could write an article for the Sunday paper chronicling your explorations, if there was such a thing as a newspaper any more. I very much enjoy reading your notices & finding the details in the photos. Your photo is much much better than what's on the web (your link).

This is the best one yet! I have a question...the darkness of your vintage images seems consistent, the contrast is good even in ambient light, so I'm thinking you're doing this on purpose. Am I right? You are getting really good at it.
