Dead Tree in Lake Bonnieby SomeamateurComment: This is a nice image - the b/w conversion works well here.
The one thing I would perhaps do differently (and I think somebody else already said it) is to try and get the full reflection of the treein the shot, it would have a little more impact. It's an image that actually works well with a centred subject.
