PaW 2010 Week 4.jpgby TerComment: I think the sky has suffered a bit in this one for some reason. There are some halos around the trees on the right and the chimney on the house. I find it so difficult to get it just right so that doesn't happen. It's a pity, because the house itself and the rest is spot on. Have you tried using the exposure blending/fusion option in Photomatix? Same principle mulitple images of different exposures. Give it a go, I have used it a few times recently and really liked the results. Very subtle but does the job.

Week 3-The Directorby jdannelsComment: Nice story. Interesting you used the 70-200 for this (love the lens, but it's WAY too heavy for me to carry around). |

Hanging Tenby BackpackRComment: Like your series of triptychs. My only thing that bothers me and this is a personal thing, is the selective desat. I think it's a love/hate situation and I'm afraid, no matter how hard I try I just struggle with it. But I love the composition and subject of the selection. |

Via del Corso by JimiRoseComment: Oh this does it for me :) I love the toning too. The rain, the movement in the people, just lovely. |
