Naturally Blondeby Jon_JonComment: Not sure about this shot. I find the photo a little boring, even for a macro/still life. I think some more dynamic light might have helped and a smaller aperture. |

Iceberg, Right Ahead!by KarenNfldComment: Wonderful picture. The clouds almost seem a reflection of the iceburg. The whole photo just works. Great job. |

Body languageby MelethiaComment: Rule of thirds, but not rule of thirds. Don't think too much outside the box. :) Really though, it fits the challenge nicely. People harp too much on the horizontal. Generally if a photo "feels" right, then it is following the Rule of Thirds. The composition works well. I think I might have preferred the people to be pure silhouettes in this case, but an excellent entry. |

Spoonsby MelethiaComment: I think this was one of the better thought out ideas in the challenge. Yes, simple spoons but done in a way that really works. The colors and "shinyness" of the photo are excellent. |

Curved Spacetimeby posthumousComment: Photos like this are great for the challenge. Rules of Thirds used throughout the image. This is the true spirit of the challenge.
Curious how a face as the reflection might have looked instead of a tree(though I am biased toward people/animals :)
Still a great shot! |

Watching the Sun Riseby BrianRComment: Probably the one of the best "rule of thirds" in a landscape in the challenge. I really liked this image. I think the colors work well with the two individuals watching the sunset. |

Frescaby Blue MoonComment: I think this is a well conceived shot Blue Moon. The thumbnail looks marvelous. As mentioned, focus is the issue here. However, I am the type of person who overlooks one small aspect for the overall photo. And I think this is a good photo. The idea is good, the composition is good, the patterns/lines are good. Personally I would have given you a 7 in the challenge. I personally can overlook the focus issue. |
