Good composition. So-so lighting. It's not a bad photo at all. It's just that so many of your images are knockouts, this one seems average by comparison.

Can't decide what I think about this one. It's in between. Either needs to be sharper, or needs to be blurrier. The composition of the two roses together is quite nice, as is the sentiment expressed in your comments.

Sunshine and Shadow

Beautiful. I really like the side-by-side positioning of the lit blossom and the shadowed one. You managed to keep sufficient detail in the shadowed flower, and the lit one is only a little too bright. You still got the good vein detail in the bright blossom though. A really hard lighting situation to expose well, and you succeeded.

Dramatic lighting. I think I'd remove the background blossom in the upper left portion of the frame. It draws my attention away from the main subject.

This is a fun one. Interesting double center on the main flower, and then lots of other interesting flowers in the shot. Some folks might think there's too much going on with so many blossoms in the shot, but I like it a lot anyway.

A nice abstract. I think I'd have cloned out the dark bit protruding down from the top edge, though. It detracts from the stronger parts of the image.
