Lucy Comes Homeby cptpolandComment: At first I was going to score this photo fairly low, at 6. Then, I realized I was stupid. Now, I totally see it as a 10 and am hoping Lucy finishes in the top 10. |

"Walk" a Mile in His Shoesby KarenNfldComment: Playin' on my heartstrings but a stunning, emotive photo will get you a 10 everytime. I'm thinking your photo will place in the top 10. |

Less utilizedby mqnaufalComment: Wow, very nice photo. I'm guessing it's somewhere in Southern California? Anyway - It looks like a very lonely place but it's hard to see the 'road'. If your meaning the powerlines then they are not really 'Less Travelled' and are more frequently traveled. Still, it's a lovely photo and I think most people will not be as picky. I'm scoring it a 9 after all that and think it will finish in the top 10. |

Have I Been Here Before?by cools98Comment: The composition is great and the B&W conversion works well. I can see this as being 'Less Traveled' but not so much that weeds haven't grown up in it. 9 |

"...und dat is how much vood ve can chuck!"by heavyjComment: You know, I really thought this photo would be appreciated a lot more and would have scored very high in the rankings. I still crack up over it. Ok, so it's not the best quality but the set-up is great and it's certainly not 'bad' quality. Holy Cr*p - it's cracking me up! 'Speed of Chucking' HILARIOUS! Can't you just see Einstein and his Theory of Relativity? Maybe it's just that people didn't realize or have never heard the old tongue twister 'How much wood would a woodchuck chuck'? You should do 'Sally sells seashells down by the seashore some time'! Anyway, the answer to 'How much wood would a woodchuck chuck' is - just as much as a can could can cans! Dang, I'm losing my mind that photo is too freakin' funny!
For those that never heard it, here it is:
How much wood would a woodchuck chuck
If a woodchuck could chuck wood?
He would chuck, he would, as much as he could,
And chuck as much as a woodchuck would
If a woodchuck could chuck wood |

tree3.jpgby mgarsteckComment: You've got an interesting take to your photography and a sucky-a**ed place to be put in: what a mess I think and wish it were all over. Anyway, this photo is outstanding (the large version is understandably a little grainy) and I really like it: very haunting. Brightest Blessings to you and keep up the great work!
P.S. - I do wish it had a better title though. Maybe someday? };>) Message edited by author 2008-08-29 18:43:36. |
