I AM THE LIGHTHOUSEby hotpastaComment: The crop is unusual to me but everything else is classically perfect! I think your capture is perfect and should place in the top 10 (if I had my way). I'll give it a 10. |

Remember...Never...never...NEVER leave the seat up!by LiamD2005Comment: Leaving the seat up seems more of risk taking then a matter of safety to me. Especially since your showing 'somebody' already in the act of having fallen in. However, your photo is certainly funny, which I don't think safety should be, and I'm sure the voters will love that: that its funny. There is nothing bad about the photographic quality of your photo: it does look kind of 'smooth'. I think you'll probably do very well in the challenge. |

Safe harbor for Ducky Pirate!by drydocComment: Not buying it and I'll be honest: I never score a photo lower then 4. The photo, I imagine, to you and some viewers, is cute at best. The photo is not in focus to me and I can't see that it was done to serve a purpose. |

Family by MelethiaComment: Yeah, ok, family is safe: most of the time. Sometimes however, it's a risk being around them! The photo is excellent: crop, contrast. Nice random candid shot too...9 |

Investment Insuranceby mcieslakComment: The photo is excellent. However, I could not tell what your photo was of and I didn't know off-hand what 'Giro' was. I had to google it to find out. I think that's kind of a bad idea for such an awesome photo. I may be wrong but I think that will keep you from getting a ribbon: unless everybody who doesn't know what it is looks it up for themselves. Good luck to you, I'm going with a 9 and not a 10 because you caused me so much trouble! }:>) Not really: 10! |

The Reflection of Safteyby KendraMae23Comment: Excellent idea. I think your photo could be improved by a tighter crop: as in not being able to see the mirror frame in the final photo. Also, it looks a lot over-sharpened but I do know that those kind of lines are hard to deal with in photos of this size. They turn all jaggy. |

Safety Glovesby PGerstComment: Yep, gotta have 'em just like Safety Goggles. I wear both every day. The idea is novel but I think the execution could be a bit better? I think it's in all the dead space I have trouble with. |

Safe Duckingby QuackersComment: Whatever, I think it's a silly, senseless idea and I'm tired of looking at condoms for this challenge. However, I'll not vote with my personal feelings about your choice of subject matter. Condoms are for safety and the photo is excellent. I'd be embarrassed to have this as a ribbon winner or even a photo in my portfolio but certainly you must not. I'm sure you could say the same about photos in my portfolio. Regardless of my feelings I'm giving you a 10. I hope your happy although I'm sure my comments are not very helpful. |
