I don't know what to think of this photo. It is interesting mainly because the fear on the girl's face is real. Therefore this seems cruel and exploitative. Good clarity, considering the spinning. The sky is a bit washed out, but technical aspects take a backseat to subject matter in this photo, I'd say. Fits the theme. Hurts that so many photos in this challenge used the same idea.

This doesn't seem still or serene to me, it looks like a half-eaten pear thrown in a pond (or a naked muppet snorkling). Sorry, it's getting late and I'm getting punchy.

Fits the theme; nice composition and I like the red of the dress, the black of the shirt and the whiteness of her skin. Attractive model. It may be an illusion but her eyes don't seem as sharply focussed as other parts of the photo.

The tree is a good subject for a photo, though I think your results are a bit drab. It would also be nice if the photo was sharper, as that would really say "still."

I don't like the tilt of this, and the lights seem overexposed, though it is colorful and the gradient sky is interesting. Not sure how it fits the challenge.

Sort of interesting, but I'll have to take your word for the "beauty" part. Are his/her feet dirty, or is that a trick of the light? The hand looks huge from this angle. A brightly glowing flower could be interesting against the darkness, but this looks awkwardly placed.

I'm afraid this doesn't say "still" to me at all -- it's very busy. It's hard to tell what the point of the photo is without the caption.

Funny crop, and the eyes looking up are comical, highlighted by the dark skin tones against the bright green. Unfortunately the lighting (flash?) is terrible. A smoother background might have helped, too (another challenge would have permitted you to clone out the wall imperfections).
