I gave this an 8, I should have given it a 9 or 10. The expression and fake spider make this so funny, though it would be interesting to see with a real spider. Good lighting and color palette. I agree the hair should stand up a little straighter for full affect. Despite whatever "flaws" this has I'm adding it to my favorites.

The symmetry is a touch off, and I think the photo tilts slightly, but the colors are wonderful: the blue and oranges of the gas flame, the black grill, the red and chrome pot with the white foam, and the green and gold jars. Good sharpness and exposure on the pot and effective use of depth of field. Not crazy about that wallpaper as a backdrop, though. :-)
