This was one of my 10s. Congrats on getting in the top ten. I loved that moment of realization when I went from thinking "I can't believe someone entered a flower/dragonfly photo in a Sci-fi challenge" to "Wow!" Beautifully done.

Congratulations on your blue ribbon. I was one of your 53 9's. You may wonder why I held back from the 10, it is only that to me the final result seemed more like illustration than photograpy, so that I couldn't bring myself to give it a 10. Beautiful job, nonetheless. I strongly suspected this would win the challenge (as it did).

Very cool photo and a high score from me. I liked everything but the caption, though I didn't penalize you for it. It just didn't fit with the glamour pose. Anyway, big congratulations on getting an honorable mention.

"...seems I sneaked my way to the top of the list for my camera too..." -- To me, that's an even bigger honor!

I thought this was a terrific portrait (this is one of four 10s I awarded this challenge). Nice colors and there is something about the little girl's expression that keeps drawing me back to it. Should have scored higher (imo), but I'm glad you made the top fifty.
