Helicopters overhead can be amazing loud. You didn't miss out too badly., I think you chose the best of the bunch, composition wise. I like the painterly qualities of the pp, too.

I'm surprised the Rebel freezes after 4 or 5 shots. My non-DSLR freezes after 3 or 4, but I thought DSLR's had signficantly more shooting power than that.

I was one of your two 9s on this. I'm surprised to learn you touched up the lips -- I thought for sure those who commented on it were wrong. That's how youthful lips look! Anyway, I like the serious look on the boy's face and the fact you let the blemishes show. Handsome kid, too.

Makes me think of that movie "Who Killed the Electric Car?" I like that you captured the car in motion, and the casual wave of the driver. A neat shot-- I wonder what people will think of it in 2033? (Sorry, I typed 1933 earlier!)
