I hate when that happens! Great image just the same.
Btw, K10DGuy championed this photo in the posthumous ribbon thread.

Probabilityby LydiaComment: Wow, top ten! Congrats. This is a cool optical trick and good looking as well.
I just saw a photo of a calculator and it reminded me of how I thought someone else's Mathematics entry was yours. Decided to come back and see what your real entry was. Nicely done.
(PS: I think you made the right choice.) |

Embracing The Unknownby ColeyComment: Another congrats -- I didn't vote in this challenge, but after looking at the top 50 or so entries I have to say this is one of my favorites. It makes me think of country river baptisms. |

Middleton Doll by MelethiaComment: Deb, congratulations on your beautiful blue ribbon (to go with those blue eyes). This was one of my top scorers, so I'm glad to see it triumphed. |

Lost in a Momentby colorcarnivalComment: Great shot, Michelle, with fine exposure and clarity. At first I thought I'd prefer more context (not so tight a crop), but I like how it is a bit of a puzzle. First the realization that the window is a train window, followed by wondering where he is and what he is looking at. |

And then there was light...by PrashComment: Originally posted by violinist123: I was interested to see what you'd entered after receiving your comment on my image asking 'where is the abstraction'. To answer your question, it was an abstract of shapes and gradients of light and shadow. As opposed to, say, a snapshot of a statue that happened to be sitting around the house. |
