Silenced By The Light by benficaComment: Strong image. Very sci-fi. Is this rmezzo's work? I normally don't like "dropper tool" colored borders, but in this case it fits with the photo style. Sensory deprivation is an interesting take on the theme (as is covering the ears). |

Although "intimacy" can infer privacy, I think the most common usage refers to close contact or connection with another person. In short: close friendship or love, sensual or otherwise. This photo (lovely as it is) could be seen as the opposite of that, since there is an objectified quality. A woman undressed for you in a bedroom might be intimate, but a woman posing on a public beach in eye-catching colors is not. |
