Terrific work, and interesting how doubling up on a portrait to save space ends up creating a new artwork.

I admit the superhero angle escapes me, but it's a beautiful color photo.

Strong image. Very sci-fi. Is this rmezzo's work? I normally don't like "dropper tool" colored borders, but in this case it fits with the photo style. Sensory deprivation is an interesting take on the theme (as is covering the ears).

Michael, in response to your forum comment...
Although "intimacy" can infer privacy, I think the most common usage refers to close contact or connection with another person. In short: close friendship or love, sensual or otherwise. This photo (lovely as it is) could be seen as the opposite of that, since there is an objectified quality. A woman undressed for you in a bedroom might be intimate, but a woman posing on a public beach in eye-catching colors is not.

Can't See the Forest for the Trees (thought I'd try DPC new border styles out for size)

Congrats on the brown! Btw, I was the one who started that particular borders thread in the forums, but I retreated after being mocked for attempting to limit creativity. Your form of protest is hopefully more effective (though I fear not).

Anyhow, your entry can take its place alongside another great border-dominated work:

Beautiful as well. Wondering now though if the shot couldn't use a slight clockwise tilt correction (just nitpicking). Good work.
