1 Travis Shufordby karmatComment: I'll bet he was thrilled with the poster; the b&w image makes a great background. |

Day 02 - First Worldby shalrathComment: That's great, one can see similar contrasts all over New York as well. The rough frame on the left works well with the image. |

'72by JutildaComment: I love the color of the car in the top photo and the way it looks with the blue shadow. |

That's My Dadby toddheadComment: I thought at first these were the same photo with different crops, but of course they are different. The young boy is really drinking it in, isn't he?
Adding the quotation is a nice touch, it influences my perception of the photo. |

Blown Away by DrAchooComment: Congrats, Doc. Funny thing is that old poster (and tv commercial) were the first things that came to mind when the challenge was announced, but it never occurred to me to try and recreate it. Well done!
PS: Just do a Google Image search on "Maxell" and you'll see the original poster. Message edited by author 2009-02-04 07:51:19. |

Weeeeeeeeeeee!by trevytrevComment: What a laugh she must have! Nothing like a happy baby. Her placement in each frame really conveys the sense of movement. Well done. |

mirror mirrorby AliciaComment: I like the symmetry -- it's like looking at the world through a scuba mask. Very interesting and fairly subtle effect with the mirror in focus on the left and the background in focus on the right. The frame works for me, too. |
