This is just such an amazing capture and great framing. I give this a ten for it's luck and originality (I say "luck" because I'm assuming your "man" was a happy accident). If I had to find something to improve, I would say next time avoid the necklace and fingernail polish, to minimize any potential distractions from the main subject.

Like how you got level with the subject here - the way the handle juts off to the left is distracting though, and unbalances the composition which is otherwise set up to be fairly symmetrical. Perhaps it would have been better to use a pot without a handle like that, like with two small handles on either side?

I like this composition, and the softening, old-timey focus for the background, but wish I could see more detail in the background, particularly on the left side of the image - would have preferred a touch more lightening in the darker areas.

Interesting perspective - I like how you set it up so as to appear that the slicer has the egg in its crosshairs. The added slice on the right is a good idea - it adds another point of visual interest to the composition.

Nice spare and interesting shot, but - yes how ironic to say this - perhaps a bit oversharpened. :) There seems just too pronounced an edge around the apple for it to be natural. Maybe it's my monitor - one of the better shots though, I gave it an 8.
